Chapter 82 Valley Of Waves

• After breakfast, Deon took Debby to the Valley of Waves. Since she was born and bred in Johannesburg, she had never been to the beach before, she was so excited. She heard about the Roaring Lagoon, a wave pool with hydraulic mechanisms that generate waves of nearly two metres high in every ninety seconds. She was looking forward to seeing the waves. Deon bought her a beautiful swimming costume. It showed her curvaceous body, she had a stunning figure. Deon was cursing himself for buying the swimming costume. She wore her short dress on top of her swimming costume; she put the towels in a bag. Deon was wearing shorts and a T-shirt. They left their hotel room hand in hand.
• When they arrived at the beach, it wasn’t overcrowded. Deon looked at his smiling wife and asked, “Honey, do you want to go to the water?” Debby shook her head, “Hubby, I want to sit on the sand and watch the waves.” She took the towel from her bag and spread the towel on the sand, and then she removed her short dress and sat down. Her husband sat down next to her. People were swimming. When they saw the waves, they tried to run but the waves were faster. Debby was laughing out loud; her husband hugged her and kissed her. “Honey, why don’t you go to the water for your own experience? If you are scared, I will go with you and hold your hand.” asked her husband. Debby smiled at him, “let’s go hubby, but I’m so scared of the waves.” They put their bag in the locker then they walked to the water. Deon held her hand; they walked into the middle of the pool. There was a big wave coming. Debby tried to run but she fell down. Deon picked her up. She giggled and her husband embraced her tightly. While they were in each other’s arms, another big wave swept them away. “Hubby, I’m so exhausted, let’s get out of the water.” Deon nodded his head; he was so happy to be able to put a smile on his wife’s face.
• He kissed her hard and led her out of the water. They walked to their locker and took the towel to wipe themselves. Debby was holding her husband’s arm, giggling, “Hubby, thank you for taking me to the Valley of Waves, it was wonderful. I tried to run when I saw a big wave, but it was too fast for me.” Deon laughed out loud and said, “Honey, I tried to catch you before you fell but it caught me by surprise. I found myself kneeling.” Debby laughed, “This is the best honeymoon ever. I love you so much, my husband.” They looked at each other’s eyes, smiling, they hugged each other tightly.
