Chapter 61 Tamara In The Police Custody

• Tamara quickly left the office; she decided to see Victoria before she went to police custody. She called Victoria to tell her that she was at the reception. Victoria headed down to the reception to fetch her. She was excited to see her. She hugged her. “Hello sister-in-law, are you well?” Tamara was in a daze for a long time, her sister-in-law was stunning. “You are so beautiful my sister-in-law, Mark must hide you,” said Tamara laughing. “Thank you sister-in-law, you are stunning too.” Tamara smiled and looked at Victoria, “I was at the Anthony Group, I was so shocked to see Mark smiling, and he has a beautiful smile. It was a blessing for my brother to meet someone like you.” Victoria smiled and said she was the lucky one, and then she took her to her office. They were chatting and laughing. Victoria introduced the bodyguards to Tamara; Jonathan was in the office as well, since it was his first day at work. Tamara was surprised to see him. She smiled and said, “How are you Jonathan? How is Auntie Grace?” Jonathan replied, “I’m well Tamara, why are you asking me about my mother since you don’t like her?” Tamara replied, “Auntie Grace never showed me any kindness, she thought that I’m after your inheritance. I would be lying if I said I’m not happy that my Uncle divorced her, she deserved it, and it was long overdue.” Jonathan was speechless; he couldn’t refute any of Tamara’s words.
• Tamara didn’t want to tell Victoria that she was going to beat up Serene and her mother-in-law in the police custody in front of the bodyguards. “Sister-in-law, can I talk to you privately?” Victoria nodded her head and took her to her small boardroom. “I came to see you if you are hurt, before I went to the police custody to turn myself in.” Victoria was so scared and asked, “What do you mean by turning yourself in? What happened?” Tamara laughed, “Don’t be scared sister-in-law, nothing happened. I’m turning myself in to beat up Serene and her mother-in-law, enough is enough. I was shocked when I heard that she was harassing you. She doesn’t give the Anthony family a face. Please don’t try to stop me. Mark and Theodore tried but they failed. Promise me that you will support me.” Victoria was dumbfounded, she didn’t know that her sister-in-law loved her so much, she felt sweet in her heart. Victoria smiled and said, “thank you so much my sister-in-law, I have no words. I fully support you. It’s not the first time Mrs Johnson beat me up for Serene. She also embarrassed me at her son’s engagement banquet. Even though my father-in-law banned her from entering the Anthony’s hotels and restaurant, I still hold a grudge against her. I was so happy when my father-in-law embarrassed her by getting her arrested and by sending a reporter to photograph her. He made my day. Please give her a few slaps for me; also throw your shoes at her. Both Mrs Johnson and Serene wanted to kill me. Mrs Johnson told me that she would harass me until I aborted my babies. They take advantage of me because I’m soft-hearted. Please record them when you are beating them up and send a video clip to me. Please be careful don’t touch Serene’s stomach. I don’t want her to lose the baby because James will continue pestering me. Also, the child is innocent.” Tamara smiled and hugged her tightly; she was so happy to hear Victoria’s words. “I will be in custody for a week, Theodore arranged everything for me.” Victoria nodded her head and said, “please wear a mask, I don’t want them to recognize you, please be careful don’t get hurt.” They hugged each other, and then Tamara left the office.
• Tamara bought a wearable hidden camera and a mask, she changed her clothes, she wore a coat, and then she headed to the police station. As soon as she arrived at the parking lot, the policewoman who had been arranged by her brother arrested her. She took Tamara to a cell where Mrs Johnson and them were kept. When she saw Mrs Johnson, she laughed out loud, she took the newspaper which was hidden under her coat, and she showed her the front page where Mrs Johnson was struggling to get in a police van. “It’s the first time I saw a rich person who has no class, do you think you are untouchable?” Mrs Johnsons was shocked to see her photo in the newspaper, she felt embarrassed, but she controlled her emotions, she sneered, “it’s none of your business, why are you involving yourself in something that doesn’t concern you?” Tamara became angry, “it’s my business, when I saw Miss Lewis’s engagement photo in the Sunday Times, I became a fan. Do you understand what you made me do? I committed a crime to teach you a lesson. Who gave you confidence to beat up my idol?” Mrs Johnson became scared, but she tried to hide her emotions, “Your idol is a homewrecker, she was pestering my son.” Tamara sneered, “I investigated my Idol, I find out that she is happily married to the most handsome man, do you think my Idol can leave her handsome husband and pester your son? Dream on, your son is like a toad compared to my Idol’s husband.” Mrs Johnson was annoyed and replied, “Your idol was abandoned by my son after they were married for two years, so she wants him back.” Tamara laughed out loud, “you are delusional, I heard that you summoned my idol to your house to ask her to remarry your son and divorce her husband, isn’t true?” Mrs Johnson was shocked, Serene looked at her mother-in-law in disbelief. What was going on? Tamara looked at Serene, “Do you know that your husband is harassing my Idol? Why did you beat her up? How would you feel if I beat you up until you lost your trump card?” Serene was dumbfounded, she didn’t utter a word. Tamara took off her running shoes and hit Mrs Johnson’s leg with one shoe. She used a lot of strength. Mrs Johnson screamed, Tamara laughed and said, “is it painful, didn’t you try to hit my Idol with your shoes?” Mrs Johnson was rubbing her leg with tears in her eyes, it was painful. Tamara took another shoe and aimed at her arm. The pain was indescribable, Mrs Johnson nearly fainted. “I asked you a question. Why did you beat up my Idol?” Mrs Johnson was in tears. She couldn’t respond. Tamara walked to her and gave her two tight slaps on her face. Mrs Johnson became dizzy, her face was burning, and she was in a sorry state. Tamara smiled and said, “This is just the beginning. I will return to you every pain you’ve caused my Idol tenfold. You harassed my Idol, fully aware that she was pregnant. What if she lost her babies, is your grandchild more important than my Idol’s babies? Do you think you are above the law?” Mrs Johnson was in so much pain; she was screaming and shouting for help.
