Chapter 138 The Ark TV (1)

• Mrs Adams and her daughter in law Debby arrived at the Anthony Group around 12:30, then they called Deon to fetch them at the reception area. They waited in Deon’s office until 12:55 pm. Then they moved to the small boardroom to wait for Mark, shortly he arrived with a measuring tape and a notebook. He greeted the Adams family with a smile, Deon’s mother was stunned when he saw Mark’s handsomeness. She smiled and said, “you are so handsome young Mr Anthony. Thank you so much for accommodating me much appreciated.” Mark smiled and replied, “thank you Auntie, please call me Mark.” Then he started taking measurements and made notes on his notebook, “Auntie, what kind of style do you like and the color of your gown?” Mrs Adams giggled and replied, “Mark, please surprise me. I want to be the center of attention on my birthday banquet.” They all laughed out loud then they bade Mark goodbye. Deon went with his mother and his wife to the parking lot. Mrs Adams was overjoyed, her friends would be envious of her.
• Mark went to Lewis Group to fetch his wife. He kissed her and said, “I have your favourite food from His Wings restaurant, do you want to eat something before we go to The Ark TV?” Victoria flashed him a bright smile and replied, “thank you my love I will eat in the car.” Then they drove to The Ark TV. He took a blanket from the boot then they walked to The Ark TV. Edwin Green was so happy to see them then he led them to the lounge since they were early. Mark covered his wife’s legs with a blanket he didn’t want her to catch a cold. Victoria smiled sweetly at him her husband was so caring. The make-up artist asked Mark to follow her to the make-up room then she applied a light make-up. Shortly the interview started.
• The Ark TV was established a year ago the founder, Shawn Sepp invited Timothy Anthony to be their guest on a Talk Show in person, but he declined the invite. He was the most difficult business man; he had never accepted any interviews before. When Shawn Sepp was leaving he was surprised to see Mark, they knew each other from boarding school. He told him about his new TV station, The Ark then he told him that in order to increase the viewership he decided to invite Mr Anthony since he had never attended any Talk Show before. People wanted to know how did he became the richest man in the country but he turned him down. Then he asked Mark to help him just to show his handsomeness and to tell the audience about his journey. Mark told him that he would discuss the matter with his father and his wife first, and he promised him that he would come back to him later. His family encouraged him to accept the invitation. He called Shawn Sepp and accepted the invitation, he was overjoyed. The Ark TV hosts were encouraging the audience to join them for a surprise guest on Thursday at 8 pm. They didn’t tell the audience the name of the person who had been invited. They kept him in suspense, so the audience was looking forward to seeing the mysterious person.
