Chapter 114 Yoga Exercises

• Mark was holding his wife in his arms kissing her, “how is your ankle?” His wife smiled sweetly at him and replied, “I’m healed completely, and the babies are kicking in my stomach.” She took his hand and put it on her stomach, the babies kicked. He was so excited; he was grinning from ear to ear. He kissed his wife passionately and hugged her tightly, “I cannot wait to hold my princesses in my arms.” Victoria laughed out loud she corrected him, “princes not princesses.” Mark smiled at his wife and replied, “as long as they are healthy I don’t mind about their gender.” Then he picked his wife up and walked to the bathroom to take a shower. He washed her back and her legs and feet. He dried himself then he wore his bathrobe, he wrapped his wife with the towel and walked to their bedroom. He placed his wife on the bed then he took the hair dryer to dry her hair. Then he walked to her closet to pick her clothes. He chose a beautiful yellow dress for her then he helped her to dress up. His wife was very beautiful, he kissed her on top of her head. Then Victoria walked to her husband’s closet to choose clothes for him. She picked jeans and red T-shirt. She was grinning from ear to ear, she was touching his well-defined abs. Mark was looking at her with a smile. “You have a beautiful body my handsome husband, I can’t get enough of you.” Mark smiled and replied, “I can’t wait to dress you up after you delivered our babies. I will also touch you everywhere.” Victoria looked at him provocatively, “why don’t you touch me now, who stopped you?” Mark looked at his wife helplessly, he hugged her tightly and kissed her hard. They were panting, Victoria’s legs became weak, “my beautiful wife, stop messing around.” Victoria smiled at her husband brightly then she dressed him up. Mark changed the sheets on the bed then they headed down to the dining room to eat.
• She nearly fell down when she tried to stand, Mark held her before she fell down. Mark was so scared, “what is wrong love?” Victoria replied, “I have cramps on my lower-leg.” Mark took her in his arms and walked to the living room. He put her on the sofa then he massaged her until the cramps were gone. He took his phone and called Dr Cain, “Hello Dr Cain, my wife nearly fell down because of her lower-leg cramps, I just massaged her. Is there a medication that she can use to help her?” Dr Cain replied, “it’s common to pregnant women to have cramps, no medication for it but I suggest that you advise her to do Yoga exercises. It will help a lot.” Mark thanked Dr Cain then they hung up. He was so scared, what would happen if she had cramps while crossing the road? He quickly called Tamara, “Hello Sis, are you well? Your sister-in-law has lower-leg cramps. Dr Cain suggested that she should do Yoga exercises. Can you refer me to your Yoga teacher?” Tamara replied, “sorry for that big Brother, my Yoga teacher is a hunk, are you not scared that he would steal my sister-in-law?” Mark laughed out loud, “no one would steal my wife from me, please give me his contact details.” Tamara smiled and said, “my Yoga teacher doesn’t hold a candle to you. Big brother, there is someone that I would like you to assess before I introduce him to my uncle. Do you mind if I bring him to you today?” Mark was shocked, since when his sister had a boyfriend. He became suspicious, “we don’t have any plans, please bring him today. I will ask Jonathan and Theodore to join us as well.” Tamara quickly sent contact details of her Yoga teacher to his brother. Mark looked at his wife and asked, “Honey, do you know that Tamara has a boyfriend?” Victoria shook her head; she wasn’t aware that her sister-in-law had a boyfriend. He called Tamara’s Yoga teacher, “Hello my name is Mark, I received your contact details from my sister Tamara, is it possible to come to my house tomorrow to train my wife?” Yoga teacher had a good relationship with Tamara, so he agreed to come the following day at 8 am. Mark sent him his home address then he thanked him and hung up.
• Then he called Theodore and Jonathan and invited them for lunch. Theodore promised that he would come but Jonathan told him that he was coming from the prison to see his mother, he was not in a right state of mind. Mark was shocked he wasn’t aware that Auntie Grace was already discharged, “How is Auntie Grace, is she coping?” Jonathan told him that his mother was beaten up by her inmate, “I will ask Dad to speak with the prison Area Commissioner to move her to a single cell.” Mark felt sorry for his brother then they hung up. Then he ordered different dishes at His Wings restaurant and asked them to deliver the food around 12 pm. “Sweetheart, Jonathan told me that Auntie Grace was beaten up by her inmate so he will ask Dad to speak with the prison higher ups to move her to a single cell.” Victoria became angry, “I want Auntie Grace to feel what I felt when our babies’ heart rate was so low. I was so scared I thought I would lose my babies. If Terry didn’t change his mind I would have been six feet under right now. You would have lost your wife and your babies because of her, I would never forgive her for the pain she put me though. Love, give me your phone I want to call Dad, he mustn’t entertain my brother-in-law.” Mark dialed his father’s number then he gave his wife the phone, it was ringing, “Hello Son, how are you?” Victoria replied crying, “Hello Dad, it’s me. I heard that Auntie Grace was beaten up in the prison so my brother-in-law will ask you to speak with the prison higher ups to move her to a single cell. Dad, please don’t entertain him, I want Auntie Grace to feel the pain that she put me through when my babies were struggling in my stomach. She wanted to take away your daughter in law and a wife to your son, for that I will never forgive her.” Mark took her in his arms and comforted her. When her father-in-law heard his beloved daughter in love crying, his heart became bitter and replied, “My daughter, I will never let her off, she will pay for every pain she caused you and the Anthony family. Don’t cry anymore I will not listen to Jonathan.” Victoria thanked her father-in-law then she hung up. Mark hugged her tightly and kissed her gentle, “My love, nothing can separate us even death doesn’t have power over us. We will stand together in the pearly gates.” Victoria smiled sweetly at her husband with tears in her eyes.
