Chapter 72 I'm Blessed To Be Called Your Wife

• Mark sat on the bed; he held his wife in his arms and cried. He was so sad when he saw his mother’s photo. His wife hugged him tightly with tears flowing in her face. They held each other silently for a long time. Victoria patted his back and wiped her tears. She looked at her husband. To her surprise, her husband was fast asleep in her arms. Victoria was scared to wake him up. She held him in that position for more than an hour. He was in a deep sleep. For the first time he had dreamt about his mother, she was smiling at him.
• Then he woke up; he saw his wife sleeping in his arms in a sitting position. Then he picked his wife up and laid her on the bed. He took a throw and covered her. He walked to the bathroom. There were two sets of toothbrushes, body lotions, shampoos, and towels. He washed his face and brushed his teeth, and then he walked down to the living room to join his brother. His brother was playing games with his friends. “Where is dad?” Jonathan told him that he was in his bedroom resting. Mark didn’t want to play games, so he went back to their bedroom to join his wife.
• He held his wife in his arms. He was thinking about his mother. She was very beautiful; he was the replica of his mother, even the smile. Did his mother choose him over his Dad? He would never allow his wife to choose their babies over him; he would gladly join her at the pearly gates. He looked at his beautiful wife tenderly, he loved her so much, and nothing would separate them, not even death. Victoria opened her eyes; she met her husband’s loving eyes. She touched his face and asked with concern, “Baby, are you alright?” Mark kissed her tenderly and replied, “Sorry to make you worried my beautiful wife, I was overwhelmed when I saw my mother’s photo, and I’m alright now because you are with me.” Victoria hugged him tight and kissed him back.
