Chapter 79 Sun City

• On their way back to their respective offices, the Chairman said, “Son, I’m so proud of you, you are very smart. To tell you the truth, I didn’t see anything wrong with that project and I ‘m sure that the Marketing Director thought that their project was perfect as well. I will invite my daughter in love to give them some pointers, and then I will call the board meeting for approval.” Mark smiled and replied, “thank you Dad, the project is done very well but it is lacking something. I believe Victoria will find what is lacking.” His father nodded his head; his daughter in love was very smart. Then he entered his office. He took his phone and dialed his daughter in love, “Hello my daughter, may I steal you on Friday at 2 pm, to listen to the Marketing department’s project presentation before I present it to the board for approval?” Victoria promised to visit the Anthony Group on Friday, and then they bid each other goodbye and hung up. Mr Timothy called Mr Lewis, “Hello Patrick, do you mind if I steal my daughter in love on Friday at 2 pm, I need some help with the Marketing project.” Mr Lewis laughed out loud and replied, “I don’t have a problem as long as you remember that she is my successor. Timothy, I was going to call you, when are we going to shop for baby cots? Also, for the name bracelets to differentiate them from each other.” Timothy laughed out loud, when he thought about those little dumplings, they melted his heart. “Let’s go on Saturday to shop around, we can ask my daughter in love and my son to visit them on Saturday and left on Sunday after Australian Open Final match.” They promised each other to meet on Saturday then they hung up.
• When Deon Adams got married he didn’t take his wife, Debby, for a honeymoon. He promised her that as soon as he got a chance he would take her to the North West Province at Sun City. When Chairman Anthony asked him to take a month’s leave, he immediately made the booking arrangement at The Palace of the Lost City for two weeks. Then he visited his parents to tell them that he would be taking his wife out on their honeymoon and asked them to look after their children. His parents were over the moon, they enjoyed spending time with their grandchildren. On Tuesday afternoon, they took their sons to their grandparents. They drove from Johannesburg to Sun City; it took them two and half hours. When Debby saw The Palace of the Lost City she was stunned, it was mind-blowing. She looked at her husband smiling and said, “Wow hubby, it’s so majestic, I feel like we are royalty.” Deon smiled and looked at his wife, “you are my queen, and you deserve to be treated as royalty.” They approached the receptionist, they were greeted warmly then they were given their room keys. The porter ushered them to their King Suite. It was exquisitely decorated, spacious and it had its own butler. Debby was so impressed; its beauty was indescribable. She turned to her husband and kissed him; she was very happy. She was thanking young Mrs Anthony in her heart for allowing her husband to go to the Anthony Group. Deon looked at his wife’s smiling face and said, “My dearest wife, do you like our room?” His wife replied smiling, “Hubby, I’m so happy, it is beautiful. Thank you for everything you have contributed to my life. Your love, always make me feel like i am the most beautiful woman in the world. You are my knight in shining armor. I appreciate you, my dearest husband; I fell in love with you all over again.” Deon held his wife in his arms, he loved her deeply, “my dearest wife, you are my strength without you I’m weak and I’m so glad that you are my wife. You make me so happy, my love.” He kissed her gentle, and then he placed her on the bed. They did the exercise for a long time. Later they had a cozy dinner.
• When Deon woke up in the morning, he saw his gentle wife looking at him smiling. He kissed her and said, “Good morning my love, did you sleep well?” His wife smiled and replied, “Good morning hubby, our bed is so soft I slept very well. How are you?” Deon smiled and kissed her again, “I slept well with you in my arms. What do you want to do today? We can visit the Royal Salon Wellness Spa; it is famous for being luxurious and elegant. Then I will take you to the Shebeen, a township-style restaurant. It has local delicacies; braaivleis, pap and chakalaka. I have eaten young Mrs Anthony’s pap and chakalaka before, so I will be comparing the dishes. After lunch we can go visit the Pilanesberg National Park to see the Big Five.” His wife smiled at him; she was a good cook, but she couldn’t cook soft pap. When they were having a braai at home, they ate meat with buns. She heard that young Mrs Anthony was a kind-hearted person, so she would ask her to teach her how to cook soft pap and some other dishes. “Honey, I would like to go to the Valley of Waves. I heard that it is one of the most advanced water parks in the world. I just want to sit on a sandy beach. Also, I would like to ride a hot air balloon before we go back home.” Deon smiled at his wife, and then he picked her up and walked to the bathroom. They took a shower; Deon wrapped his wife with a towel and walked out of the bathroom. They unpacked their suitcases and dressed up. They ate their breakfast, which was prepared by the butler. It was delicious. Deon took his wife for a walk to digest the food. Then he took her to the Royal Salon Wellness Spa for beauty treatment. She did her facial and manicure. When she looked at him, she took his breath away, she was glowing. “You look beautiful my lovely wife.” His wife smiled at him and hugged him, “thank you hubby, why don’t you do a body massage? They told me that we could do a body massage at The Gary Player Health Spa.” Deon told her that he would make a reservation for tomorrow.
