Chapter 153 I Love What I am When I’m With You

• Zion arrived at home after 11 pm, he parked his car in the garage then he decided to send a text message to his fiancé to tell her that he had arrived safely. He saw the attached folder from Manager Zach. When he opened it he saw photos of his engagement and a video clip. He was thanking him in his heart because he had forgotten to arrange for someone to take photos of them. He was a godsend. He clicked on the video clip, then he sent it to Tamara. He decided that he would go to His Glory hotel the following day to thank Manager Zach personally. He made his day special.
• When he walked to the house he was surprised to see his grandmother waiting for him in the living room. She was so anxious, she wanted to know if her granddaughter-in-law accepted the proposal or not. Zion beamed at his grandmother, then he held her hands and asked, “Grandma, why are you sitting here so late?” His grandmother smiled brightly and replied with a question, “Did my granddaughter-in-law accept your proposal?” Zion took out his phone and played the video clip. His grandmother was overjoyed. She cried, then she hugged his grandson and said with pride, “I knew that my granddaughter- in- law would say yes because you are so handsome. We have to visit the Anthony family for betrothal gifts during this week.” Zion laughed out loud and said, “Thank you Grandma, Uncle Timothy is going away on vacation for a month. He invited us to have lunch with them tomorrow. I will pick you up at 12 pm.” His grandmother was happy to hear that. Then Zion helped her to her bedroom. He kissed his grandmother, then he walked to his bedroom. He started to undress, then he walked to the bathroom to take a bath. Then he walked out of the bathroom wearing a towel around his waist. He walked to his closet to take his pajamas and wore them.
• When he checked his phone, there was a message from his fiancé wishing him good night. He decided to call her. The call was picked up after one ring, “Hello my love, how is Grandma?” Zion chuckled softly and replied, “Sweetheart, my Grandma is well, and she can’t wait to see you. Why are you not sleeping?”
