Chapter 61

• Rhodes was right, I really don't like this course. It was a miracle staying awake during the last 2 hour long lecture, I barely took any notes. They brought in the guest lecturer to keep the content fresh and exciting and yet they presented us with the most boring man alive. What he said to me the other day is still ringing in my head, how if I have any issue that is money related then I don't have an issue because he's there. And while I appreciate the fact that he wants to make my life easier and more enjoyable, I feel awful using him like that. I don't know if I could even enjoy the classes I would be taking if I knew the only reason why I was there was because of his money.
• He must be hearing my thoughts as my phone starts to ring in my back pocket. Seeing his name pop onto the screen makes me grin softly as I accept the call and leave through the double doors into the fresh air.
• "Hey!" I answered excitedly, making sure to raise my voice slightly so that he could hear me over the large group of people leaving the building around me.
