• "Come on, there's a lot more of the house that you haven't seen" he says with a cheeky grin after his lips leave mine. Taking my hand, he leads me over to a glass staircase leading down to a lower level. We poke our heads into a couple of spare bedrooms and a gym before the door opens up onto a large green area complete with a swimming pool.
• "Ta da!" He says enthusiastically as he gestures to the pool. "It's temperature controlled, nice and refreshing when the weathers hot and warmer at night when you want a dip"
• I nod my head and fold my arms slightly, trying to manage a smile as I squint at him in the sunlight. He raises an eyebrow at my expression and I let out a small sigh.
