Chapter 265

• Song after song passes by, and eventually Amelia seems to be slowing down. Perhaps there is a god.
• "Let's go home baby" I whisper to her as she lays her head on my shoulder. She nods her head and takes my hand as I lead her back towards the front door.
• "Don't we have to say goodbye?" Amelia quietly asks me as I finish texting our driver to come and pick us up. He replies quickly that he's only five minutes away before I tuck the phone back into my pocket.
