• "I love you so much" I whisper softly in her ear and kiss the side of her head. The added height of her tiptoes allows her to lay her head on my shoulder.
• "I love you Rhode , so much" She whispers in quiet confirmation. Those words make me feel fucking high. "I'm really exhausted now" she half laughs as I can see her eyes start to droop slightly.
• "Am I off the couch now?" I ask with a smirk. With a nod of her head she steps out of my embrace and picks up the bag she brought with her into this room and I follow her back into the master bedroom.
