• "I would take your last name" I tell him softly. I have mixed emotions about my last name, because it feels equal part mine and my fathers. It reminds me of him but it's also who I am. And now it's little Benjamin's middle name so it is a big part of my life. Rhode bites his bottom lip as he grins.
• "And while I appreciate that. There is still no pressure for us to get married anytime soon. When we're both ready that will be our time" His words are sweet and gentle. I breathe out a gentle sigh of relief and lay my head down on his shoulder, angling my head to kiss his neck softly.
• "Okay?" He asks softly. I nod. "Now, about your dad. Do you want me to track him down so you can figure things out or...?" He offers as I pick my head back up off his shoulder.
