Chapter 437

• "Hey bub, I figured out when our anniversary is." Rhode announces our first morning in Greece as he emerges from the bathroom after brushing his teeth.
• "What do you mean?" I ask him with a smile as I relax on the bed, waiting for him to get ready for the day.
• "I was looking through some old work emails and I came across one that Lory sent me from The Angel Club." He begins his story, referencing the agency that the both of us used as a means of meeting one another. It seems like such a lifetime ago that we went through all of that, and to think about how different my life would have been had I just said 'no' to Poppy's offer of helping me make some extra money.
