Chapter 470

• As she reminds me of all comes flooding back in a bit of a rush. Sarah and Mitch's wedding was not really a good time for Amelia and I, that whole trip turned out to be kind of a disaster. But I do remember hearing about the incident at the spa the next day from Amelia. And while she was ashamed of some of the things she said, I couldn't have been prouder or more attracted to her.
• "Trust me, I'm grateful that whole thing with Kate is dead in the past. And you don't need friends like her, you've got way better ones here" I tell her sincerely. Fran has always been a good friend even if I fought against it at first. When we first met I wrote her off as just some vapid influencer who was looking for clout or a leg up on her way to the top of the socialite food chain. But the longer I've spent with her the better I see her, and it does help that she's been an amazing friend to Amelia for these past few years.
• "I've been thinking about moving to London, leaving that whole LA scene behind me. I mean, I'm here most of the time anyway because of Z, it just makes the most sense" She confides in me. I was sure that this Z guy would just be another guy in her long line of past relationships, not that I have any right to judge based on my history. But she and Zayn have been pretty solid over the past year despite the long distance and the ever invasive public eye. We've met him a few times and he seems like a decent enough guy, I think he's good for her.
