• "It is crazy to think how much is different now" Amelia says with a small giggle. "I mean, six months ago we were in LA and New York going to parties and fancy dinners, and now I walk with a walking frame" She shakes her head as she giggles, as though it's all hilariously perplexing just how quickly things can change. I can't believe that that trip was six months ago, it feels way too long.
• "Remember when we were in New York..." I say quietly. "And we went and got you your charm for your bracelet?" I query. Amelia thinks for a moment and nods her head with a grin.
• "Yeah, and that woman made me try on all of those engagement rings" Amelia giggles, turning her head to look up at me. "Why?" She asks innocently.
