- "Happy birthday baby" Rhode says sleepily after I swing my arm over to silence my alarm.
- "Thank you bub" I answer quietly as I sit up in bed
- "I can't believe you have to sit an exam on your birthday" Rhode grumbles softly, attempting to reach his arm out to draw me back into the warm confines of the bed. But I'm already upstanding and making my way towards the wardrobe.
