• After Storm fell asleep, I took the babies to the waiting room and everyone stood up when they saw me. Kiran had tears in his eyes as he looked at the two bundles in my arms and I smiled at him. He was smiling back at me and stepped forward.
• “I’m very happy to say that Storm is doing great. I’d like to introduce my son, Skai, and my daughter, River,” I said and within the blink of an eye both babies were gone from my arms.
• I spent an hour in the waiting room as everyone held them and congratulated me. Their eyes were remarkable, much more so than mine ever were because their eyes were violet. It wasn’t the same violet as our wolves eyes but a lighter purple that was magnificent to look at.
