- Kiran wallowed in his own misery for days. Adara ignored every attempt he made for contact, and she didn’t even read his text messages anymore. He hadn’t even tried contacting Kai, because the truth had been staring him right in the face, but Death’s revelations had made him blind. Perhaps it had been his own anger that had blinded him.
