Chapter 191

• James and Shoran arrived three days before Christmas and by that time I had already started stripping down the bathroom in the old main room. Adara wanted to redecorate it completely. She had already chosen new tiles, a large shower and a bathtub that would replace the old fixtures.
• She seemed more energized and the color scheme she chose flowed from the bedroom to the bathroom. She had gone with a light gray broken only by a soft green, almost the same shade as her eyes.
• I left her mostly to her own devices when it came to decorating. I didn’t really care what color the walls were as long as I had my own bed in there. Adara and Shoran had gone to the shops again. They were constantly changing the menu for Christmas lunch.
