• Adrian proceeded to tie Jackson’s hands behind his back and then checked the other two. He tightened Sumari’s binds and then tied Kyle’s hands behind his back. He went to the kitchen and took out a pitcher of orange juice from the fridge. He poured a big glass and mixed the mountain arnica powder with it.
• “Mom!” The children were screaming for Susan. Their faces were streaked with tears and Kyle was screaming hysterically.
• “Don’t hurt my children,” Susan sobbed and she struggled against the cable ties as they cut into her wrists.
