Chapter 25
- I closed my eyes and they snapped open again as I got goosebumps over my entire body. From the corner of my eye, I saw a dark shadow in the hall. I got up and rushed to my door. It was half open and I yanked on the door, but there was nothing there.

- I stood for a full minute and watched him as he watched me in return. I contemplated facing him, but something told me to stay put.
