Chapter 756
- I arrived in Port Clinton at 11 AM and drove straight to the bed and breakfast in Harbor Road. The room was nice and I sat down on the chair next to the window and got my laptop out. Allen Hall was a very well-connected man in Port Clinton, photos with the mayor at fundraisers and lunches with most of the businessmen.
- His social profile was extensive and he seemed to know everyone in town. It would be a bit harder to get him alone. He lived on East Sand Road with expansive views of Lake Erie. I looked through the photos of his house online and wondered how I’d get his attention.
- His house didn’t have an alarm system and there was no security company listed that patrolled his house, so it seemed relatively easy to catch him at home. His wife left at eight am every morning and his children were both living in town on their own. His wife returned at around one pm every afternoon when they would both leave together for lunch.
