• Lexi’s POV
• I storm back down the hall towards Luna’s bedroom. I bang on the door this time not really giving her any choice but to open up. Luna slings her door open and I can tell that she is worried. It’s written all over her expression. “Is everything ok Lexi,” she asks me. I respond back to her. “I just need you to come into the living room and sit with the kids please. I don’t want them to be alone with April. Hopefully she is on her way out of her. I’m sorry to wake you up like this, and I wouldn’t if it wasn’t important.” Luna nods her head while shutting her bedroom door. As soon as Luna and I come into the living room, I see April holding Matteo in her arms. While Alice is swinging in her swing. LJ and Mia are playing in the floor with a couple of toys. I get pissed instantly that she is still around my children.
• I stomp up towards her and hold out my arms to take Matteo away from her. She glances down at my limbs dangling in the air and sneers her nose. “Luca said for you to join him in the bedroom.” Instead of discussing anything with this bitch, I simply pluck Matteo from her and turn around and give him to Luna. After I make sure all four kids are content, I sneak out to go meet Luca. I dread being alone with him. He’s going to fly off the handle at me. He’s probably even more pissed since he has had to wait on me. This thought makes me pick up my pace.
