I figured after four kids and years of marriage that you would at least have some loyalty to me. • After I spill my heart out, I am left panting. I keep my head bowed as I wait for Luca to respond. When he just stands there quiet, I make the mistake of bringing my gaze up to meet his. He bends down to my level where I am still sitting, and wraps his hand around my neck. Cutting off my air supply instantly. He lifts me up from the floor and brings me mere inches from his face. As I stare into his eyes nothing but pure rage is dancing around his globes. I gulp down the vile that is threaten to rise back up. He leans over to where his lips are now touching my earlobe as he speaks. “Bella, after all this time we have been married I thought you would have learned your place by now. Let me give you a refresher course. It is none of your business who I am with, or who I sleep with, or the reason why I am married to you. All you need to know is that you are my wife.
