Chapter 91
- I didn't get a whole lot of sleep that night. But neither did the Alpha. When I got up to get a drink from the kitchen, I saw him standing at the window in the living room, looking out at his pack that was dwindling before his eyes.
- "Carter," I said. So he turned around, and I could see the sullen look on his face.
- "I can never sleep more than a couple of hours lately." He says.
