• As we stood there facing the Lycan King, I was doing everything I could to show him that I wasn't afraid. Even though he was huge and his army was huge and they could kill us in an instant. But I tried not to think about that, because I believed that he wanted me alive. Otherwise they would have killed us on sight and not set this trap for us.
