Chapter 52

• As I sat in the hospital bed gasping for air I looked around at all the stunned faces in the room and Ethan pushed Mason away from him and ran over to hug me. He practically pushed me back onto the bed because of the force that he hugged me.
• "I don't understand. You said that she was dead." Ethan said, looking at the doctor. And they all looked at each other puzzled. "She was." One of them said.
• "Ethan. I'm alright." I said, wrapping my arms around him a lot gentler than he was holding me. He pulled back and cupped my face in both of his hands to look straight into my face.
