- She might have been clueless as to what I was doing right now, but she wasn't dumb. She wasn’t foolish in the slightest. She knew that Ethan was at the castle planning her attack. That much was obvious. She had cut down our forest to stop the attack from happening, to prevent anyone from sneaking up on them unexpectedly. She wasn’t taking any chances this time. And I started seeing more of her soldiers appearing from her dimension. It was clear that she was preparing herself for what she believed was an inevitable confrontation.
- She was calling on more of them. Clearly, she was aware that the attack was coming soon. She had them patrolling all the time, around the clock, and it had me wondering if those bastards ever slept. It didn’t look like it. From everything I was seeing, it didn’t even seem like rest was something they needed. They were relentless.
- That was a little worrisome, to say the least. I didn’t know what the hell to do right now. I hated being scared all the time. I hated this feeling.
