Chapter 135
- I was glad that Ethan hadn't told anyone what I was going to do once we got to the castle. I needed it to be a surprise. I didn't want Enzo or Justin or anyone figuring out what I was doing. I was going to be the surprise that none of them knew they needed. They wouldn't support my plan anyway, so that's why we kept it to ourselves. I knew that this was going to be the best way to get into the castle and get past the patrols in the woods around the castle. And Ethan supported me all the way. That's all I cared about.
- We stayed in that gym all day. I started with weapons training after breakfast, but then we went on to do hand-to-hand combat. And after that, we moved all of the equipment to one corner of the room so Ethan and I could train while in wolf form. And because of what my wolf looked like and how it stood out so much, he still wanted to do that part where no one could see us. And the gym had no windows, not even on the doors. So he made sure that they were locked, and we took our clothes off and shifted.
- Nova was more than excited to be let out. She wasn't used to being this size. But then again, she was never let out enough to get used to being the massive size that she was either. She was so small now, compared to what she used to be. Thanks to the Moon Goddess, she was still big for a werewolf. Which was a good advantage. The only problem was that she was white and could easily be picked out of a lineupif we were attacking. I knew that Ethan was worried about that. But he knew that I was going into that castle whether he trained me or not. So he was going to do everything he could to make sure that I was prepared. And because I would be easily picked out, he knew that they would all be coming for me. Which is why he had to start training me in wolf form. To fend off all of the wolves that would be attacking me. They would know to look for a white wolf. There's no doubt that the Lycan King knew what I was, so his warriors would be looking for the white wolf. And I needed to make sure that I could fight them off.
