• "It's getting worse," I said to Lisa, a little out of breath. I thought I would get used to it, but with each full moon it seemed to burn more intensely. All my skin became extremely sensitive, as if I were roasting in the hot sun. In addition, I was overcome by a strong desire for my partner, and remembering our moments together seemed to alleviate the discomfort a little.
