Chapter 24

• "This wolf cure is amazing!" Annie said as she examined the spot where the wound had once been. This was my sixth day at her house, and all that remained was a faint scar.
• On the second day, Annie had started going back to class and bringing me lessons to study and do at home. From the third day on, I was already able to move around and take care of myself, but I decided to stsy at her house until I was sure the wound wouldn't reopen.
• Nicolas came to see me every day after class and always brought me something to eat. On the fourth day, Liam showed up too, though he didn't stay long. For some reason, William didn't come to see me at all, which made me think he was either still furious about what happened or simply didn't care.
