• “He’s mine!” Lisa and I thought together as we got up the next morning. Lohan was still fast asleep when I slipped out of bed. I took a quick shower and, as I got dressed, noticed my treasure box, now stored inside the closet. In it, I had put Preciosa’s strings back and hadn’t touched them since I tried to go through the ordeal last time.
• “Eliza...” Lohan murmured as he opened his eyes.
• “Good morning, mate!” I replied, smiling as I saw him reach out his hand toward me. I approached him, even though I knew I would be pulled into his arms. I liked that, I liked the way he grabbed me and hugged me.
