• Chadwick Fullner grabbed his blanket and went straight to crash on the couch. Samantha Wembley still felt guilty as hell. She wanted to tell him to sleep in the bed or in the next room, but going next door might wake Finn, and asking him to use the bed would look like she was hinting at something. Besides, she knew what it meant for a man and a woman to share a bed. One bed, two people—Chadwick Fullner would be dying inside. So with all that guilt pressing on her chest, she could only watch him snore away on the sofa.
