Chapter 56 The Reveal

• Darkness was all around her, and she felt like thousands of concrete blocks were on her chest. She pushed past the pain and the burning sensations until she opened her eyes. She didn't know she had been out for nearly two weeks. Gerrit was beside her, and he was there helping her when she started moving. Bianca looked around, seeing that they had taken her back to the ranch house. He explained that her body needed time to heal since she couldn't wake up during the process. Everything happened so fast for her as she tried to catch up with the events that took place while she was in a coma.
• Seeing her sitting up, Gerrit's eyes glowed slightly as he whispered, "You remember?"
• "I remember everything," Bianca said, looking around the room before turning back to him, " she then walked around, realizing that when she was young, her mother had, in fact, put her in an unconscious state of mind. Only when Greta felt it was safe enough to wake her up to bring her back, but she wouldn't be able to remember anything, only that she was twelve. She ran her fingers to the back of her head until she found the spot. She turned to Gerrit, "I need you to cut here and take it out."
