Chapter 36 Release

He leaned forward and pressed his lips against hers, pouring every ounce of emotion into the contact. She moaned softly against his mouth, arching her back slightly as desire flared through her. His hands slid down her waist until they rested on her hips. Once his lips left hers, she was breathless and grateful for the fresh air, but now she wanted more than just his lips. He, however, set up the table that was up here in this private room. She wasn't aware that this private room had a pool table and a big-screen television, and before she blinked, there was another surprise in store for her. In the corner of the room, where she heard a small ding sound, Bianca saw him open the door, and there inside was a bucket filled with ice and with iced bottles of beer, "Thought we could enjoy a quiet evening here. The pool table is all yours."
She smiled, taking one of the bottles from the ice-filled bucket and popping the top off with the opener he handed her. The cold liquid felt good against her throat. She took a swig, feeling the beer slide down. Gerrit sat beside her on the bar stool, close enough that their thighs touched. "So, are we still playing pool or what?" Bianca asked before taking another drink from the bottle.
His lips curled, "Something else."
