Chapter 20

• Luc's lips were soft and pliant, and they were always warm. I had to keep reminding myself not to let go of the thin black sheet wrapped around my torso as my body pressed against his chest. Luc's hand fell from the bathroom handle onto my waist, and he bent his head down so I didn't have to kiss him on the tip of my toes.
• Our lips moved in perfect unison, and I never once wondered about technique or whether I was doing something wrong with my mouth. I'd never kissed many boys before, and the few times I did, the experience was often awkward and unpleasant. After each experience, I would wonder why people enjoyed kissing so much... until I kissed Luc.
• This was ideal.
