Chapter 62

  • After they brought the poor kitten, we rushed to the vet as fast as we could, luckily it was still open. They didn't close until nine. The vet examined the feline and told us that he was just bruised; they massaged his weak legs and did some other things. They gave us a kind of box with sand for the kitten. We were officially his guardians. I think. Kayler is still not happy about having him, but I explained to him a million times that I have to keep him no matter what. He had no choice but to accept.
  • Arriving home exhausted, I left the kitten in a corner near the sofas. He'll be fine there. Besides, if he cries at night, he won't keep us awake. Sorry, I still don't like being interrupted during my sleep.
  • "When do you have to go for the other medications?" Kayler asks me, as he takes off his white shirt, revealing his perfect abdomen. I unconsciously bit my lower lip. He's just so handsome and looks so good.
