• "I'm fine, I've told you many times already," I tell my father, who has been asking me more than a hundred times on the way. We had left Lewiston a few hours ago. Tomorrow would be Mike's wedding in the afternoon. I felt too anxious and a little nervous.
• "I just want to make sure nothing hurts you or what," he grumbles. Mike was in the car ahead and the other guys from the pack were behind us. I was still driving despite what happened to me yesterday, I didn't like being treated like an invalid.
