Chapter 134

• I drank a second cup of coffee to warm up, I was in Carolina's room, in pajamas and a blanket. I was very cold, still feeling my hands frozen. For a moment I thought that, perhaps, I wasn't going to make it out alive, that the air was going to run out and it would be the end. But then Thomas arrived and saved me.
• "I don't know, friend, things don't look good... What happened with Apolo and you... I don't believe it. I sense there is something more," she muttered, tying her hair up in a bun, leaving a strand of hair like bangs. "And you know that when I sense something, it ends up being true."
• I took a deep breath, feeling much better. And I hadn't seen Thomas since then.
