Chapter 62 I stopped being boring

• The room was slightly dark and quiet when Jasmin stepped inside and shut the door. Her heart was pounding heavily against her chest and she was shivering in anticipation of what was going to happen. She knew what she did and she knew Cainan was pissed, and she knew he was going to get back at her for it, but she didn't know how or when.
• She had stayed an extra two hours at the pool because she had read somewhere that time helped people get control of their emotions and Cainan appeared to be annoyed when he left her at the pool earlier and so time was the best way to let him diffuse.
• She spotted him on the couch at the corner of the room beside the shelf and her footsteps slowed. His head was resting against the arm of the couch and his legs spread out in front and Jasmin had to mentally convince herself that his position wasn't a silent invitation to be straddled.
