Chapter 99

• Alicia and Margaret were led to Grace’s wing by Ola. They were both dressed in free gowns, but still looked elegant in them. Alicia let her hair loose, and it sprawled on her shoulders like a waterfall. As they arrived at the lounge, Ola knocked, and a maid opened the door, letting them inside. Alicia could hear Grace’s voice; she was laughing over what someone said, and she couldn’t help but think that maybe it was just the way she was created, to be the complete opposite of Amelia.
• As soon as they came into in view, Grace stood up on seeing them. “You are here,” she smiled, and went to hug them and kiss their cheeks.
• Alicia smiled, “Yeah, we said we would.”
