• Alicia punched Brianna in the face and turned in time to evade the attack of the third lady they had called Katherine. Her fight with Mel had been going just as she had expected it to; however, she never expected the two other ladies to join the fight. Even though she knew they were going against their agreement, she could not stop now. There were a lot of people watching them, and even though she didn’t know them, she was sure that some of them were the top-ranking officials of the pack. If she is to be married to Shawn and be respected as the Luna of the pack, she needs to show her strength. A pack where strength dominates doesn’t give a fuck about who you are or what family you belong to. After all, the majority of the pack members are alpha-bred.
• The fight had gone from one hundred percent victory to thirty percent, but she didn’t want to give up. Margaret had tried to help her, but Margaret was just a gamma wolf and back in the Blood Stone pack, she didn’t train enough, and was soon married as a Luna, where she didn’t have to join in fights anymore. It has only been a few weeks since she was training in the Shadow pack, and so, after facing off against Brianna, she was easily defeated. Thereby, leaving her to face the three alone. It was wrong; they went against their agreement, but who could she complain to? Well, she could go to Shawn, but she would lose her respect as the future Luna. She knew for a fact that the higher-ups knew that she was outmatched, so even if she ended up losing, she just needed to show resistance; she just needed to hold her ground for some time. However, who said she would lose? She wasn’t fighting with the hope of losing, no, she would win, even if she had to do so with broken bones.
