Before Alicia could process what Greg’s words meant, Shawn gave a go-ahead for the battle to begin. Her gaze went back to Selina. No matter what, Selina was not supposed to be looking for Sarah specifically; there were a lot of omegas in the pack to serve her, and besides, Sarah was not an omega of their pack. Sarah had talked about someone telling her to come to Bloodstone pack, and that was how she had ended up serving here. But, it still doesn’t make sense. She didn’t even know about Selina’s existence when her mother died, how could it be? Selina came to the pack a year after her mother’s death. It just doesn’t add up. Perhaps Sarah was the one serving her, and so she got worried when she didn’t see her for a long time?
But if it really was so, why did she only start looking for her now? Why didn’t she look for her a week after her death or even a month after, why now? There is no way it was all just a coincidence. No, it was not possible.
‘Alicia, babe, what is it? You seem out of it,’ Shawn’s voice entered her mind, and she glanced up at him, where he was seated. There was a clear worry look on his face, and she could see that he was just a second away from getting up and approaching her.
