Shawn paced around the cell. He had communicated with Alicia in the mind-link over an hour ago. At first, when he heard her in his mind, he had been shocked and wanted to get her to leave immediately, but then Alicia told him to listen to her and then proceeded to fill him in about everything, including Hillary’s betrayal.
He couldn’t believe it; he had always known that Hillary was ambitious, but because he had the strength to show for it, he hadn’t minded. He just never thought that he would betray him in this manner. However, what shocked him the most was the fact that Alicia had maintained communication with Bryan. No matter what, he couldn’t take in the fact that Alicia had been meeting with Bryan or the fact that Bryan helped her take her revenge on Selina.
He had heard of Selina’s death before he was locked up, and somehow, he had known it had to do with Alicia; he just never thought that she had gotten help from the one man he wanted to keep her away from.
