Chapter 76

• Shawn found Tyler’s phone where he had dropped it. He prayed in his mind that his sudden emergence when Tyler was still on the phone wouldn’t alert the person. He regrets not being patient enough till Tyler was done with the call. In two days, this was the first lead he had gotten, and he can’t afford to lose it, no. He quickly rushed out of the palace, got into his car, and sped to Shadow Pack. He called Theo on the way to wait for him, so immediately he got to the pack, they went straight to tracking the phone.
• After a long, painstaking hour, they finally found the location; however, it was a public place. “Fuck,” Shawn slammed his hands on the table, causing all his staff to jump in fear. After a few seconds of raging, he calmed down and ordered them, “Find who made the call. Track him down with the cameras, and I don’t have another hour for it, do you hear me?”
• “Yes, sir,” they all responded and got busy on their computers. The control room was filled with monitors and big screens. Shawn sat on his chair behind them all, his fingers drumming on the desk as he watched what they were doing on the big screens. The restaurant soon came up on the big screen. There were a lot of people answering calls at the same time, and so they started tracking the minutes each call ran to be able to match it with the one they had on the phone.
