Chapter 1213 Thanksgiving (I)
- During that stretch, Chadwick Fullner and Madison Sawyer were swamped, barely seeing daylight. His “business consulting” gig was basically hands-on management now—from big-picture planning, asset restructuring and mergers, all the way down to the gritty details. He even walked Madison through things step by step. They really propped each other up: when Madison’s methods fell short, Chad filled the gap; and helping Regal Peaks let Chad brush up against higher-level operations earlier than he ever would have, so he was growing fast, one step at a time.
- With Chadwick Fullner and Aiden pushing from behind the scenes, Regal Peaks kept popping back up in financial news—this time with steady good headlines, slowly shaking off the stink of that old scandal. And the name behind Regal Peaks—Jiajia Business Consulting—naturally got pulled into the spotlight. Chad also had Emily package up the planning case he’d done for Senefield International, plus other shiny highlights from Jiajia, into sleek copy. He’d already pinged Chen Qinghe to start stockpiling talent—level up the Marketing Department team so they could take over new-branch launches down the road. After Chen married Emily, Chad planned to transfer both of them back to Millsborough. Emily would still run PR and promotions, but not just for Jiajia Fresh—now also for business consulting, and maybe more in the future.
- Riding that East Wales tailwind, Jiajia Business Consulting started making a name for itself. Companies were showing up to talk, and real projects were landing—requests for strategy proposals and the like. That turned into a grind for Chad, because on the strategy side—especially marketing—the main ideas came from him. So he had to split his brain in two: fix Regal Peaks issues while cranking out strong concepts for client decks. Good thing Keith Branwell and Yasmin Langston had Jiajia locked down; otherwise Chad would’ve wished he could split himself into three.
