• I went back to my room and tried to rest but deep inside I wished I could have spent more time with my mate. I was suddenly longing deeply for him. The girls had gone on a tour of the magic land with Lance and I was getting bored all by myself. I kept tossing and turning.
• Though I was missing my mate, I couldn’t get my thoughts from the old man, I mean the priest I saw at the royal herbal garden. It felt like I knew him and we had some type of connection. ‘Maybe I saw him at our place if he ever went there,’ I thought.
