Chapter 111 Introductions

• Lucy’s POV
• ‘Why is he growling at Kenneth? Isn’t he allowed to greet us?’ Lira asked as I raised my head to glare at Lance. He had successfully drawn everybody’s attention to him. He sounded like a jealous mate or boyfriend and that somehow made me uncomfortable and raised people's eyebrows. Now I knew that King Paige and Queen Liza could feel his Aura and could tell who he was but the looks on their faces were those of questioning who he was. He shifted his gaze as he tried to look cool. He cleared his throat and said, “Kenneth! Nice to see you again!” His smile was a forced one. "Nice to see you Prince Lance!" Kenneth said! I looked at Kenneth and smiled. "Nice to see you, King Paige the 12th," I said, hugging him tightly. I didn't do it to piss Lance off but because I truly wanted to hug him. I knew that Lance might accuse me about it later but I really didn't owe him any explanations. There was a little stretch of awkward silence thereafter.
• "Former King and Queen Paige, let me introduce everyone to you," my Aunt said to break the silence. They nodded. "Of course you already know my niece, though when she was here her identity was unknown, this is Princess Lucy Foster, my brother and your late friend's little girl," she paused to check their reactions. They nodded with love in their eyes. "She was always the rightful betrothed one for you!" Queen Liza breathed quietly, looking at Kenneth and her husband nodded repeatedly.
