Chapter 36 Interrogation
- "Mark she's smiling again."
- Sea-green eyes beneath my lids vanished into the darkness as cat-green eyes shot into my field of view. Black hair tickled my forehead. I was taken aback by how near the glowing eyes were to me as they flickered with laughter. Every little detail was visible to me, including the moss green flecks that stood out sharply against the light green iris.
- Mark blinked, and his long black lashes fluttered down for a moment before the light green woodland was once again visible. His eyes narrowed and he stood up, stepping away from me. Stretching his muscles and standing up to his full height, he continued to look at me with a smug smile glued to his thin lips.
