Chapter 105 Old Pranks
- The smell of our fourth try, a six-layered rainbow cake, permeated the entire house and wet my mouth like a fast dog. I proposed that we finish boxing up the remaining goods we didn't get around to last time, and we were sitting cross-legged on Taylor's bed. It wasn't as complicated as I thought, even though my chest jerked whenever I removed one of her pictures from the wall.
- Thankfully, it was all over now, but the room still seemed incredibly barren, empty, and sad—just like Taylor left the void in my heart when she died. Even though Tyrone's frequent arguing was getting on my nerves, I was thankful he was a fantastic distraction.
- We debated whether his sister's well-known practical jokes were funnier than his, which I firmly thought they were. My argument was skewed because I assisted her in setting up most, if not all, of them, but Tyrone was unaware of this, and I wanted him to find out when my careless speech unintentionally revealed it.
